I’m Samantha Whitmore – Your Favourite Eyelash Extensions Specialist, here to pamper your lashes needs.
I get told quite often that “I am a meticulous lash artist” – there’s not many perfectionists quite like me – a bold statement I know…
…and I’ll share with you why but first, but let me tell you a few things about me so you get a better understanding of who I am and where I have come from to become the success I am today.
I started hairdressing at the age of 15 and was qualified at 19.
I moved to Sydney because of my PASSION FOR ALL THINGS HAIR & BEAUTY.
I completed my apprenticeship then later went on to own my own award winning salon
I have been taught by some of the BEST MENTORS in the world, forming solid foundations in hairdressing and beauty salon services.
And I have also been running my own businesses since 2007.
The knowledge that was passed onto me, has been what's help shape the Eyelash SPECIALIST that I have become today.
I was introduced to hair extensions for my salon way back in 2009 while running an upmarket salon in NEWCASTLE, and that’s when my passion for hair extensions came alive.
But after having Breast cancer in 2023, big things changed, and so the shift from hair to beauty trades has begun.
I wanted to start a new biz in 2024 after having a year off with shoulder complications, and so I started my certification training to become a lash artist.
And the best part now, Ive completed four new certifications in Lash Extensions to have you looking GLAMOUROUS in one simple appointment.

🔹No shows will be charged the full fee $35.00 & will not be able to book in until payment is made.
🔹️Cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. I do send out personal reminders 24 hours before your appointment time, so plenty of chance to cancel if need be.
Any appointments cancelled under the 24 hours will incur a fee of $25.00
🔹️People wanting to book in for 4 or more people will have to place a deposit of $ 20.00 pp this is non-negotiable.

What happens if I cancel my appointment less than 24 hours?
If this is your first time that you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, (I am very gracious) we will give you a warning and remind you about the policy that we have in place. There are no second warnings.
No shows
If you repeatedly cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, then we will not allow you to book future appointments in the salon.
With having a huge waitlist for eager customers wanting their hair done with me, appointments will also not be rebooked after 2 no shows and will no longer be able to have future appointments re-scheduled.
Please understand that no shows are considered a loss of business for the salon, please show respect for my time as I honor yours with professionalism and pride of service always, my clients are my world.
Pricing
As there is structured pricing within the salon, the services do alter in costs depending on what service needs to be done. This depends on the length of your eyelashes, the service required to complete your appointment, and the amount of time it takes to do your appointment. For every client this is different.
I will provide you a quote for your services during your first free phone consultation, however if you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask before we start your appointment to clarify prices and times.

I am highly transparent on our pricing, so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Sickness
We advise all our clients to at least give us 24 hours (1 day) notice and do not come into the salon if you or anyone you know are sick.
Please remember that you are entering the salon so for the safety of myself and other clients, you will be politely turned away if you have or you have been in contact with anyone who is recently sick.
Not only does sickness spread, it affects the quality of your appointment if you are constantly coughing, sneezing or have any other symptoms.
I have a very weakened immune system so please spare me the sickness and germs where you can I’d appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Children
As courtesy to myself working solo, there can be no kids in salon while you have an appointment. The salon is a small space and the salon holds potential hazards for a child left unattended and that if injured, our insurance company would not allow me to be responsible for.
I want for you to have a relaxing experience in salon at the end of the day, and for your children to be safe too.
